What is The 1800 Women's Workout?
The 1800 women’s workout is a 30 minute circuit with ten exercise stations and members visit each one in turn and in just 30 minutes each body part is tightened and toned. We also have several free stations for your use.
Unlike a traditional or conventional gym who use weight or hydraulic machines the 1800 women’s workout circuit uses air equipment machines which make exercise feel like pushing or pulling on a cushion of air so no huffing or puffing, which removes stress on your joints.
Unlike some circuit gyms you will receive a custom programme during the in depth induction from one of our team, who will assess your fitness level, your needs and talk through your goals.
How do you know what suits me?
Ever member is an individual and undergoes an in depth induction which lasts approximately 60 minutes. During this time we talk about medical history, medications and exercise history. We take your blood pressure, check your height weight and other measurements. We also check your body fat content and your BMI using our BMI analyser, which uses a very low electrical current. However members who are pregnant, have implanted defibrillators or pacemakers can not be assessed using this method.

If you would like to come and have a look at our gym please give us a call to arrange a free guest pass. We offer several types of membership to suit your needs, there is a one off £20 induction fee for new members. VIP membership subscriptions includes all the classes
