We offer a range of classes that are free to all our members and just £5 to non-members. Our classes are very popular so we recommend that you book in advance at reception.

Boxercise & Waist Trim
Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Our classes are 30 minutes and take a variety of formats such as shadow-boxing and hitting pads. The class is aimed at women of all ages and fitness standards. As no class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, it is a great fun, challenging and safe workout.

Accelerates weight loss improves posture relieves back pain improves core strength eliminates love handles and post-birth reshaping. A great cardio workout which is lots of fun dancing to great music.

Our staff provide advice and encouragement to members to help them achieve their goals.
We encourage members to support each other and offer friendly advice, no ‘bad marks’ for under achieving, free personal advice to all members if you prefer privacy.
All weight loss is recorded which helps when reviewing member’s individually tailored training programme.
